Marek Różycki
Marek Rozycki was educated in the Poznan State Ballet School.
His first professional engagement was with the Polish Dance Theatre under Conrad Drzewiecki, who was at this time the most innovative choreographer of polish dance scene. Further he was engaged at the Bremer Dance Theatre, Deutsche Oper Berlin Ballet and Ballet of the Staatsoper Berlin. His repertoire includes various roles from world famous classical and contemporary repertoire while he had the privilege to work with world famous classical and contemporary choreographers.
As first Ballet master and choreographic assistant he worked in Peter Schaufuss Dance Company in Denmark and Berlin Ballet Company of the Komische Oper Berlin where he was also the Associate Artistic Director of this company.
Stefan Żeromski
Born in Poland in received dance education at the State Ballet School in Poznan/Poland. Upon graduation in joined the Teatr Wielki in Warsaw becoming a soloist the following year. The same year awarded the “Leon Wójcikowski Prize” for the best dancer.
In 1986, joined the Ballett der Deutschen Oper Berlin. Until recently, worked as a dancer with the Nederlands Dans Theater, a company where he participated in creating many original works by choreographers such as Jiri Kylian, Paul Lightfoot and Sol Leon, Mats Ek, William Forsyth, Johan Inger, and Ohad Naharin amongst others.
While working as a ballet master with the Nederlands Dans Theater I assisted choreographers such as, Jiri Kylian, Marco Goecke, Paul Lghtfoot and Sol Leon, Hofesh Schechter, Mats Ek. Also participated in many television recordings of Nederlands Dans Theater repertoire, such as “Bella Figura”, “Sweet Dreams”, “Petit Mort”, “Signing Off”, “Wings of Wax”, “Silent Screen”. Currently, works as a freelance dancer and ballet master staging works of Jiri Kylian and Sol Leon/Paul Lightfoot at companies such as the Zurich Baller, Vienna State Opera, New Zealand Royal Ballet, the Paris Opera, the Bolshoi, Berlin State Opera, the Joffrey Ballet etc.
Also works as a guest teacher with the the Nederlands Dans Theater, t, Teatr Wielki Poznan, Opera Wroclaw, and at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, the Ballett Academie Zurich, Kazakhstan Academy of Choreography, Dance Academy Boris Eifman.
Kaie Kõrb
Kaie Kõrb graduated from the Tallinn Ballet School and improved herself at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in Saint Petersburg. On 2001-2006 studied in Russian Institute of Theatre Arts GITIS. She was a principal of the Estonian National Ballet from 1981 until 2004. Her repertoire includes leading roles in classical ballets During her career there she danced the main parts in most of the ballets, e.g. Odette-Ottilie in "Swan Lake", "Raimonda", "Giselle", Quitera in "Don Quijte", Nikia in "La Bayadere", and many more. She also worked with different choreographers in modern dance performances, e.g. "Carmen", Cleopatra in "Antonius and Cleopatra", Margarita in "Master and Margaite" , etc.
She has worked with choreographers such as Mai Murdmaa, Birgit Cullberg, Boris Eifman, Dmitri Brjantsev, Luciano Cannito and Jurius Smoriginas. Kaie Kõrb has performed as a guest artist at Staatsopera in Berlin and in several theatres with the company of the Bolshoi Ballet. Since 2012 Kaie Kõrb is the Head of Tallinn Ballet School and still active as a ballet teacher.
Anna Akabali
Anna Akabali choreographer, educator and dancer born in Poland. She began her education at the Ballet School in Bytom. She studied at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts in Germany where she had the opportunity to dance in works by Jiri Kylian, George Balanchine, William Forsythe, Marguerite Donlon and Abou Lagra . She obtained her MA degree in Choreography and Dance Theory from Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw/Poland.
She joined Silesian Dance Theatre in 2008 where she took part in all performances from the theater repertoire, performing in Hong Kong, Iceland, Egypt. In 2011-18 she worked as a solist at Ankara State Opera and Ballet in Turkey.
In 2018-2019 an academic lecturer at Girne American University – PERA School of Performing Arts in North Cyprus. Since 2020 a lecturer at the Hacettepe University, State Conservatory in Ankara, Turkey. Currently a PhD student at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw.
