After completing your application form, you must send the payment to our bank account.
Your registration will be finalized after you send your payment receipt to our email address diartorganisation@gmail.com or via Whatsapp (0536 615 25 30)
Katılımcılarımızın, başvuru formunu doldurmasından hemen sonra, banka hesaplarımıza yarışma/workshop ödemelerini transfer etmeleri gerekmektedir.
Kesin kayıt işleminiz, ödeme dekontunuzu bizlere e-mail adresimiz (diartorganisation@gmail.com) veya whatsapp (0536 615 25 30) üzerinden ulaştırdıktan sonra tamamlanmış olacaktır.
REGISTRATION FOR COMPETITION/WORKSHOP
In order to register for our competition and/or workshop,participants should register on Festis Dance Festival Software or log in to their accounts and follow the steps that shown below.
Yarışmamıza ve/veya workshopumuza başvuruda bulunmak isteyen katılımcılarımız,öncelikle Festis Dance Festival uygulamasına kayıt olmalı ve hesaplarına giriş yapmalı,ardından videoda gösterilen yönergeleri takip edip yarışma başvurularını tamamlamalıdırlar.
HOW TO APPLY FOR COMPETITION
You have already made your first step and registered your account with club or dance school data, which also pays the entry fees, so you should enter correct billing information, if not, you can always edit your data.
Next step is to add your dancers with name, surname, gender, and birth data.
When you finish creating your dancers, you can continue and enroll for a festival.
Next step is to create your routines. You have to provide the title of performance, category, dance style, age division, name of choreographer, dancers, track duration, and upload your music.
The system lets you save unfinished routines - for example, you could skip the music upload and easily edit your routine on a later day, as long as it's before the festival deadline. If you have previously used FestIS for registration to another festival, you can import your routines by clicking Load values of existing routine and entering your search criteria.After completing all routines' data and uploading all your music, you have to send your registration by clicking the FINISH REGISTRATION - ENROLL! button. Afterwards, you can download your pro forma invoice for entry fee payment. Be careful - don't miss the registration deadline!

HOW TO APPLY FOR WORKSHOP
1. Click on ADD ROUTINE…
2. In the field Routine Title please enter text WORKSHOP
3. In the field Dance Category please choose your WORKSHOP LEVEL (1,2 or 3)
4. In the field Dance Style select Workshop
5. In the field Age Group please select age group which is connected to your workshop level.
6. In the field Pick Dancers you can pick all dancers you want to enroll to a workshop of the same level.
7. Leave all other fields empty and click CONFIRM.
If your would like to add dancers to a different age groups/worksop levels, please repeat from step 1.
For example: If you would like to enroll dancers to 3 different age/workshop levels, then you need to create 3 different entries.

Performansın başlığını, kategoriyi, dans stilini, yaş bölümünü, koreografın adını, dansçıları, parça süresini belirtmeniz ve müziğinizi yüklemeniz gerekmektedir. Sistem, tamamlanmamış rutinleri kaydetmenize olanak tanır; örneğin, müzik yüklemeyi atlayabilir ve rutininizi, festivalin son teslim tarihinden önce olduğu sürece daha sonraki bir günde kolayca düzenleyebilirsiniz. Daha önce başka bir festivale kayıt olmak için FestIS'i kullandıysanız, Mevcut rutinin değerlerini yükle seçeneğine tıklayıp arama kriterlerinizi girerek rutinlerinizi içe aktarabilirsiniz.
Tüm rutin verilerini tamamladıktan ve tüm müziğinizi yükledikten sonra, KAYDI SONLANDIR - KAYIT OL butonuna tıklayarak kaydınızı göndermelisiniz!. Daha sonra giriş ücreti ödemesi için proforma faturanızı indirebilirsiniz. Dikkatli olun, son kayıt tarihini kaçırmayın!
